The three beam and four column hydraulic press is a common hydraulic equipment, which includes the body, main cylinder, ejection cylinder, hydraulic power system, and electrical system.
The body is composed of upper crossbeam, sliding block, worktable, column, master cylinder and other components, welded with high-quality steel plate, and subjected to vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The surface of the four columns is medium frequency quenched and chrome plated, with excellent stiffness and compressive strength.
The master cylinder is a piston type structure, mainly composed of oil cylinder, piston head, piston rod, guide sleeve, sealing ring and other parts. The oil cylinder is fastened to the upper crossbeam by the lower shoulder and upper nut. The lower end of the piston rod is connected to the slider through nuts and bolts. When oil enters the upper or lower chamber of the main oil cylinder, it drives the slider down or back.
