1. Fully Rigid Gantry Frame Structure
The gantry frame is welded from high-strength steel plates and undergoes tempering and vibration aging treatment to eliminate residual welding stresses, controlling mechanical deformation within 0.05mm/m. The frame design utilizes finite element analysis to optimize stress distribution, ensuring uniform pressure distribution at column-beam contact points and enhancing structural rigidity and strength by 30%.

2. Adjustable Work Table
Equipped with a vertically movable work table, the stroke range covers 400×600mm and larger specifications, with a height adjustment range reaching 70% of the total stroke. Select models can be customized with a dual-direction (forward/backward) movable work table. Combined with a flip mold frame, this enables continuous multi-process operations, improving mold change efficiency by 45%.

3. Hydraulic System and Control
The hydraulic system employs proportional valve control technology with pressure regulation accuracy of ±0.5MPa, supporting rapid descent and slow pressing process switching. Control modes include manual and semi-automatic operation.
