This hydraulic solid tire press machine is a professional dedicated device for mounting and dismounting forklift solid tires, industrial vehicle solid tires and rim lock rings. It adopts heavy-duty gantry frame structure and integrated hydraulic system, realizing fully hydraulic silent pressure operation, replacing traditional manual hammering and prying work. It effectively avoids damage to solid tires, steel rims and wheel hubs, greatly improving tire replacement efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.

The machine is available in stationary type (factory workshop fixed use) and mobile trailer type (mobile door-to-door service), with multiple tonnage options of 100T/120T/150T/160T/200T.
