Features of the Specialised Salt Brick Hydraulic Press
1. High density, durable and licking-resistant
Two-way floating compression + high-tonnage pressure holding ensure the salt bricks are dense internally, crack-free and do not crumble. They are rainproof and moisture-resistant for outdoor use, and offer a long licking cycle for cattle and sheep.
2. Fully automatic integrated system
Automatic feeding → material distribution into mould → high-pressure compaction → pressure holding for setting → ejection from the lower cylinder → automatic discharge.
3. Fully Adjustable Parameters
Pressing pressure, downward speed, pressure holding time and demoulding stroke are all adjustable via the touchscreen, adapting to different raw material formulations.
4. Multi-purpose Machine
By changing the moulds, the machine can produce square, round, perforated and irregularly shaped salt blocks, as well as mineral nutrition blocks and feed pellets.
5. Stable and durable operation
The four-beam, four-column design ensures high positioning accuracy, whilst the hydraulic system with cartridge valves offers low failure rates during continuous operation. It features oil temperature cooling and overload safety protection.
Complete Production Process for Salt Brick Machines (Fully Automated Line)
1. Raw material blending and mixing: Table salt, minerals, trace elements, binders and water are mixed uniformly according to the formula
2. Automatic feeding and distribution: The feeder precisely fills the mould cavities with the powdered mixture
3. High-pressure downward compression: The main hydraulic cylinder applies downward pressure for high-tonnage, high-pressure moulding
4. Holding Pressure and Curing: Pressure is maintained for a set duration to ensure the salt bricks achieve the required density and do not crack
5. Cylinder Retraction and Ejection: The bottom cylinder rises, ejecting the finished salt bricks from the mould
6. Automatic Discharge and Conveying: The finished products are discharged, left to air-dry naturally, and then packaged
The press adopts advanced control of machine, electricity, liquid and gas. It has automatic feeding device and floating pressure to effectively control the molding density of the product. The hydraulic system adopts advanced cartridge valve block to ensure continuous and frequent work of the hydraulic machine.
