3.Main Features
1. The spindle unit of this series of machine tools adopts the current international advanced and mature structure in design.
2. The front support of the main shaft is composed of a double row cylindrical roller bearing and a bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing, and the rear support is a double row cylindrical roller bearing.
3. The bearing adopts imported precision spindle bearing, and the lubrication of the bearing adopts imported high-speed grease.
4. The axial and radial preload of the spindle system can be adjusted with a nut, which has high radial and axial rigidity.
5. The radial clearance can be adjusted with the inner ring of the roller bearing, so as to obtain the best machining accuracy and lower working temperature.

The X-axis and Z-axis are driven by a servo motor, and are directly connected with the ball screw through an elastic coupling. The ball screw adopts a fixed installation method at both ends.
