Product Description

630-ton salt brick machine is a professional hydraulic press designed for producing animal licking salt blocks, featuring one mold with two outputs (2 pcs per cycle). It adopts four-column and four-beam heavy-duty structure, with 6300kN nominal pressure, ensuring high density, uniform hardness and strong durability of salt bricks.

 

 

This machine is mainly used to press mineral salt, trace elements and feed additives into solid salt blocks (common specifications: 5kg per piece), which serve as nutritional supplements for cattle, sheep, horses and other ruminants. With automatic feeding, floating pressing and PLC control, it realizes continuous and efficient production.

Part 2. Mixer
The upper of the mixer with a feed inlet, the lower end is provided with a discharge port, the mixing blade has a curved cross section and increases the stirring ability. The mixer can be used in the salt block production line to automatically control the use of simple structure, low cost, scattered a variety of animal salts and other minerals and minerals , stirring evenly, to improve the nutritional ratio of animal salt lick.
Part 3.Feeding tube
After mixed by the mixer,the feeding tube is the equipment that use of spiral blade rotation to promote salt licking powder to complete the delivery.The tilt angle can be adjusted.
