The machine covers a small space, can be designed to meet different space request. The counterweight is used to balance the z-axis with a large load bearing capacity,which effectively ensures the influence of the two axes due to different stress structures.

This machine tool has the functions of automatic tip arc radius compensation, constant linear speed cutting, chamfer, fixed cycle,thread cutting, graphic display and other CNC machine tools.Can turn processing end face, drilling, turning outside diameter,boring, cone face, arc face, thread, end face thread, etc.

The standard chuck of this machine tool uses hydraulic chuck:
 

The specification is φ630. The chuck is a waterproof chuck. The sliding seat and the disc body have a sealing strip, which can effectively prevent the coolant from leaking to the spindle through the chuck, and also prevent chips from entering the sliding surface to damage the sliding seat. There are 3 T-slots on the end face of the chuck, which can easily replace various fixtures. It has good adaptability and can meet the requirements of users for processing a variety of parts.
