1000 ton cattle and sheep salt lick hydraulic press is a large heavy-duty four-column hydraulic forming equipment, specially developed for high-density mineral salt block and livestock licking brick production.
The whole machine adopts thickened four-column and double-beam heavy structure, strong rigidity, good shock resistance and long-term stable high-pressure working performance. Equipped with large flow high-performance hydraulic system and intelligent PLC control system, it realizes automatic feeding, quantitative pressing, pressure holding, demoulding and discharging.
With 1000 tons super high forming pressure, the pressed salt brick features high density, uniform hardness, compression resistance, not easy to break and convenient for storage and transportation. It can process salt powder, mineral elements, trace elements, calcium, phosphorus and various feed additives into integrated nutrition licking blocks.
Finished products are widely used for cattle, sheep, horses, deer and other ruminants, supplementing minerals and trace elements, improving livestock immunity and growth efficiency.
