3.Overview of the structure of the machine 
The 500 ton hydraulic press is composed of the press body and the control system, which are connected by oil pipelines and electrical devices to form a whole. The host part includes the machine body, the master cylinder device, etc. The control mechanism includes hydraulic pump station, electrical box, mobile operate panel, etc. The structure and functions of each part are described as follows:
1. Body
The machine body adopts a three-beam and four-column structure: it is composed of an upper beam, a slider, a worktable, a master cylinder, four columns, a ejection cylinder, a control system, and an electrical system.

2. Master cylinder
The cylinder body of the master cylinder is fixed to the upper beam.The lower end of the piston rod is connected with the slider with flanges and bolts. The piston head is equipped with a YX type sealing ring in the opposite direction to divide the cylinder into two oil chambers. The outer circle of the guide sleeve is fitted with O The sealing ring is locked with flanges and bolts to ensure the seal of the cylinder port. A dustproof ring is installed on the flange of the cylinder port to ensure the dustproof of the piston rod.

 3. Stroke Limiting device

4. Hydraulic station(pump station)
The hydraulic pump station consists of an oil tank, an axial plunger pump, a motor, a two-way cartridge valve, a high-pressure self-sealing oil filter, and an air filter, which are integrated inside the machine.
The fuel tank is a welded part of Q235 steel plate, and the front end is equipped with a pressure gauge to observe the pressure. A level gauge is installed in the oil tank to observe the oil level.

5.Electrical control system
The machine is equipped with an independent operate panel, which can move both sides of the equipment at will, and centralized buttons control the operation of the whole machine.

6.Operating system
1. There are two operating modes,inching and semi-automatic and the pressure,stroke can be adjusted 
2. The slider stroke is adjusted by the non-contact switch control device(sensor).
3. The pressure of the master cylinder is adjusted by the pressure regulating valve.
4. The pressure holding time can be set freely(if the pressure holding time is too long,need to be customized).
