Forklift Solid Tire Pressing Machine Operation Procedure: Standardized Steps Ensure Safety and Efficiency
1. Preparation
Inspect the equipment's hydraulic system, cylinders, and molds for integrity. Clear the workbench surface.
Select corresponding tooling based on tire model (e.g., guide cones, pressing rings, locking ring tools).
2. Pressing Process
Rim Positioning: Place the rim flat on the support base, insert the guide cone, and adjust for concentricity.
Tire Lubrication: Apply liquid soap to the inner surface of the tire to reduce friction.
Pressing the Tire onto the Rim: Operate the press head downward, using the press ring to evenly press the tire onto the rim, avoiding localized stress concentration.
Install Lock Ring: Use the tool to embed the lock ring into the rim groove, ensuring the tire is securely fixed.
3. Removal Procedure
Remove Lock Ring: Insert a screwdriver into the gap of the lock ring seam. Use a pry bar to gradually pry it out of the groove.
Separate Tire: Raise the press head upward to remove the tire and rim.
