Product Description

The four-column hydraulic press is a mechanical device that uses oil pump to deliver static pressure of hydraulic oil to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and other products. It is commonly used in pressing processes and press forming processes such as forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, sheet drawing, powder metallurgy, press fitting, and the like.

The main structure of the hydraulic salt block press machine is four-beam four-column, equipped with special powder moving and hydraulic proportional floating forming technology, which makes the molding density of the product effectively controlled.

The mechanical stop positioning and stepless adjustment mechanism of the three positions of loading, forming and demoulding ensure the stable and adjustable geometrical dimensions of the product. Stepping products are steplessly adjustable in powder moving position and uniform in product density.
