Application Areas   

The hydraulic press utilizes a heating system and a pressure system to heat and pressure process SMC composite materials. When working, the pre-cut fiber material (e.g. glass fiber) is firstly laid on the mold, then the resin material (or other adhesive) is added, and then the mold is put into the hot press. The heating system starts to heat the composite material inside the mold so that the resin material flows and penetrates into the fiber material, while the pressure system applies pressure so that the composite material is cured and molded under high temperature and pressure. Finally, after cooling, the molded composite product can be taken out.
