This series of hydraulic press is a mechanical device that uses an oil pump to deliver hydraulic oil static pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and other products. It is commonly used in forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, sheet drawing, powder metallurgy, press fitting and other pressing processes and press forming processes.
The fuselage is composed of an upper beam, a movable beam, a lower beam, and 4 uprights. For stress relief, the cylinder body uses 45# forgings. Piston rod 50# forged steel ion nitriding. Hardness reaches HRC45-50 . All major structural parts of the fuselage adopt steel plate welding structure, and the welding adopts carbon dioxide gas shielded welding to eliminate internal stress after welding. The main components are processed by equipment to ensure the high precision of the whole machine. The machine body is pre-tightened by hydraulic nuts.
