The 315 ton three beam four column hydraulic press is a large hydraulic equipment with high pressing force, which can form highly complex structural parts. The host includes the body, oil cylinder, workbench, and other parts, adopting a three beam and four column structure, which has the characteristics of large up and down movement space and easy pressing of workpieces. The hydraulic system adopts a plug-in valve integrated system to reduce leakage points, ensure reliable operation, and have a long service life. At the same time, it can preset working pressure, equipped with electronic digital tonnage display, and has a hydraulic system cooling device. The equipment also features an independent movable pump station, return hydraulic control unloading, and optional protective nets. The operation mode can be achieved in three ways: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic.
The three beam and four column hydraulic press is a common hydraulic equipment, which includes the body, main cylinder, ejection cylinder, hydraulic power system, and electrical system.
The body is composed of upper crossbeam, sliding block, worktable, column, master cylinder and other components, welded with high-quality steel plate, and subjected to vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The surface of the four columns is medium frequency quenched and chrome plated, with excellent stiffness and compressive strength.
The master cylinder is a piston type structure, mainly composed of oil cylinder, piston head, piston rod, guide sleeve, sealing ring and other parts. The oil cylinder is fastened to the upper crossbeam by the lower shoulder and upper nut. The lower end of the piston rod is connected to the slider through nuts and bolts. When oil enters the upper or lower chamber of the main oil cylinder, it drives the slider down or back.
