The YD28 Double-Action Drawing Hydraulic Press is a hydraulic device specifically designed for sheet metal drawing, bending, and forming processes. Equipped with two movable crossbeams (drawing beam and blankholding beam), it can perform complex drawing and forming tasks.
1. Frame Structure: The YD28 Double-Action Drawing Hydraulic Press typically adopts a four-beam, four-column structure. The frame comprises the upper crossbeam, drawing slide, blankholding slide, worktable, and columns. The upper crossbeam, columns, and worktable are assembled into a rigid frame using locking nuts and adjusting nuts, ensuring stability and rigidity under high pressure.
2. Slider Design: The drawing slider and blankholder slider are positioned at the machine's center. Fabricated from steel plate weldments, they undergo high-temperature annealing to eliminate welding stresses, ensuring long-term stability and durability. The lower surface of each slider features T-slots for easy installation of dies and workpieces.
3. Cylinder Configuration: The main cylinder is housed within the upper beam. The cylinder body is secured to the upper crossbeam via a flange, while the piston rod connects to the drawing slide through a connecting flange.
