VTC750 CNC vertical lathe is a new generation of high-precision and heavy-duty vertical turning equipment independently developed and designed for circular parts processing. The whole machine adopts thickened cast iron bed and integral welded heavy-duty structure, with excellent structural rigidity, strong shock resistance and stable long-term heavy cutting performance, which effectively avoids deformation during high-load machining.
This vertical CNC lathe is equipped with well-known brand CNC control system, supporting two-axis linkage automatic processing. It can complete a variety of complex processes in one clamping, including outer circle turning, inner hole boring, end face processing, groove cutting, chamfering and forming turning. The servo drive and high-precision guide rail ensure fast response, stable feeding and high repeated positioning accuracy, greatly improving production efficiency and workpiece surface quality.
