C-Type PLC Hydraulic Punch Press Machine For Metal Sheet
 

1. Body frame: The fuselage is a C-type single-arm structure. It is welded with 16Mn high-strength steel plate CO₂. After welding, it is tempered and aging treatment to ensure high strength of the fuselage, never deform and improve fatigue resistance. The secondary processing of the working platform ensures the verticality of the guiding strut and the working platform.

2. Control system: Using Siemens PLC intelligent control system, 10 inch human-machine interface touch screen, grating protection and other advanced components, to achieve control integration: 1 non-contact main circuit system operation, reducing the loss of electrical components. 2 can automatically locate the matching mold. 3 The data of the upper die stroke and position can be adjusted. 4 Various data can be programmed twice according to the workflow. 5 grating protection device to ensure personal safety during operation.

3. Hydraulic system: The piston rod is hardened with medium frequency quenching and hard chrome treatment. The hydraulic valve group adopts well-known brands such as Schneider. The oil pump inlet is equipped with a unique filter device. The oil connection is made of imported high-pressure double-layer steel hose to ensure the performance and life of the whole hydraulic system.

SERVO SYSTEM   VS   ORIGNAL SYSTEM
1. Energy Saving	Compared with the traditional hydraulic machine, the energy saving effect is remarkable. According to the processing technology and the production cycle, the servo drive hydraulic machine can save 30%~70% compared with the traditional hydraulic machine.

Less Heat, Low Cost	Because the pump has zero speed and low heat generation for most of the time, the fuel tank of the servo-controlled hydraulic press can be smaller than the traditional hydraulic press tank, and the oil change time can be extended. Therefore, the hydraulic oil consumed by the servo-driven hydraulic press is generally only about 50% of that of the conventional hydraulic press.
