1.Product Description
The 315-ton color stone metal tile stamping hydraulic press is a special equipment for stamping and stretching of the color stone metal tile substrate. The fuselage design adopts a three-beam four-column structure. The equipment is composed of a fuselage, an oil cylinder, a stroke limit device, and a mold. The structure is simple, economical and practical.
1. Multi-pump combination configuration:
The conventional press uses a large motor to drive an oil pump. Because the action of the compound press is more complicated, the speed span is large, and different working hours are controlled by different oil pumps, it is more energy-saving and the action is more stable.
2. Low-speed stability:
The traditional compound press adopts a valve control system to achieve low-speed stability. The compound press adopts a pump control system. The lowest stable speed can reach 0.1mm/s, theoretically there is no energy loss.
3. High-rigidity structure:
The main body adopts high-rigidity mechanism through finite element analysis, and the processing adopts CNC floor boring and milling machining center, which has good rigidity and high precision.
4. Hydraulic system:
Equipped with two sets of in-mold control systems and preset in-mold ejection control systems, which can increase multi-point ejection and air blowing functions. It can realize fast approach, pre-pressure, deflation, work, holding pressure, slow reverse mold opening, slow demolding, fast ejection, ejection hold, fast retreat, etc., and a deflation section can be added. Stable pressure, multi-point temperature control, rapid pressurization and other functions.

Hydraulic system

Electronic system
