The salt brick briquetting machine is a series of animal husbandry products of hydraulic briquetting machine launched by our company. It adopts an optimized hydraulic transmission scheme. The PLC programmable controller automatically controls and discharges materials automatically. Therefore, it has powerful power, accurate positioning and perfect combination of actions. The machine has a low failure rate, less heat, high productivity, and energy saving and durable.

1. Structure: it consists of an upper beam, a slide block, a workbench, an upright post, a main cylinder, hydraulic system and electrical system components.
2. Hydraulic System: The hydraulic system device is arranged on the right side of the press, with cartridge integrated system, flexible action, reliable work, good sealing performance. The hydraulic pump comprises an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, motor, cartridge valves and other components.
3. Electrical Control System: an independent electric cabinet and a centralized control panel.
4. Operation: The machine adopts centralized control of buttons and has three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic.
5. Security: The emergency stop button can stop the machine immediately. The slide has Limit Switch on both up and down of the work table. Hydraulic support safety circuit is arranged in the cylinder piston inside of the hydro-cylinder.
