1. High tonnage and high rigidity
Automobile body manufacturing (such as body covering parts, chassis structural parts) need to withstand huge stamping pressure, hydraulic press tonnage is usually between 800 tons to 5,000 tons, or even higher. The equipment adopts high-strength welded frames or pre-stressed structures to ensure that the body is not deformed under high pressure and to ensure molding accuracy.
2. Multi-cylinder synchronization and pressure control
Hydraulic presses are equipped with multiple master cylinders and auxiliary cylinders, which are synchronized through proportional servo valves or electro-hydraulic control systems to ensure even pressure distribution during the stamping process and avoid product defects caused by insufficient local pressure.
3. High precision and automation
