1.Product Description

Single column hydraulic series is a multi-functional medium and small type of hydraulic press. It is suitable for shaft parts and other steel material or for press-assembly sleeve or bush parts. It also can be used to press powder or plastic parts with rough press requirements.

 

1.Using intelligent structure, c-type single arm frame structure has the characteristics of reliability, simple structure and convenient operation.
2.The frame is welded entirely with steel plates and reexperiences the pressure by tempering.
3.Cartridge valves equipped with hydraulic control system are reliable, durable, hydraulic impact is small, the connection pipe is shorter, and the release point is less.
4.The hydraulic system adopts pressure prerelease device, and the water pressure is low.


5.Independent electrical control, reliable, audio-visual, easy to maintain.
6.The centralized button control system has adjustment, manual and semi-automatic operation mode in the selection of operators (semi-automatic has two types of technology: positioning stroke order and positioning pressure list).
